Orders are packed with care and shipped from our studio in Montreal, Canada.

Shipping Service

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. All orders ship via Canada Post tracked service.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email right after checkout, then a tracking notification once your order ships. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see these.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Estimated delivery is noted in your confirmation email — these are estimates only, and delivery can be affected by customs processing or peak seasons.

International Orders

A phone number is required for shipping labels to most international destinations. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us via the chat and we'll do our best to arrange shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees that your local carrier may collect upon delivery. 

United States Customers

📰 Following trade regulations introduced in August 2026, a 50% import tariff now applies to handmade doll apparel entering the United States from Canada, overriding CUSMA exemptions. All mandatory fees are calculated automatically and charged upfront to ensure your parcel is compliant and to help minimize customs processing delays and prevent surprise charges upon delivery.

Until further notice, U.S. customers see the following at checkout:

  • Subtotal for your items
  • Taxes & Duties on the subtotal (the mandatory 50% tariff plus any local state tax)
  • Shipping ($15 USD for USPS Priority Mail)

Problems & Claims

  • Unclaimed, refused, or returned packages: we'll refund the item (minus original shipping). Any return shipping fees or additional carrier charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Damaged items: report transit damage within 14 days of delivery — see our Refund Policy for details.
  • Incorrect address: we can't refund or replace orders that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
