Refund policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Our standard processing window is 2–5 business days, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the process.
  • Items must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer and must be tracked — we need a tracking number to process your return.
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.

After we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method, or issue store credit if you prefer. Processing times vary by financial institution.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase for any reason, any time from placing the order until 14 days after delivery. Use the self-serve return or cancellation option in your account, or contact us directly. Please take reasonable care of the item while deciding whether to keep it — noticeable use or damage beyond inspecting it may reduce your refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Defects & Damage in Transit

We inspect and package every item carefully before shipping. If yours arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (and video, if helpful) of the issue and packaging

We'll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, and reimburse economy tracked return shipping for approved claims.

Other Situations

  • Refused or returned packages (unpaid customs, wrong address, refusal, etc.): original shipping is non-refundable, and any carrier return fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Incorrect address: We can't refund or replace items that fail to deliver because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.

This policy is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and does not limit your statutory consumer rights. We may update this policy; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
